3 Easy Health Changes

If you’re looking to amp up your health but don’t want to put in much effort, consider making an easy adjustment with simple health changes. You’d be surprised at how far a few small changes can take you. A little effort can yield a lot of bang for your health buck! To help get you started, try the three tips below:

1. Get a Flu Vaccine. Flu vaccines help keep you prepared for whatever lies ahead and keep you healthy even if everyone at your school or work is sick at home with a bug. It only takes a few minutes for you to be vaccinated, but the benefits will last all year long!

2. Decrease Meat: In addition to helping out your health, decreasing the amount of meat you eat can be hugely beneficial to the environment. To help ease yourself into the change, initiate a policy of “meatless Mondays” in your house!

3. Take the Stairs: Though it seems like a small fix, taking the stairs instead of the elevator whenever you have to go anywhere is a little shift that can make a big difference. If you’re feeling particularly ambitious, try switching out your car for a bike once in awhile too!
